About the Authors

Mark and Anne Dawson, Proprietors of the Fog Island Cafe, are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York. They have made Nantucket their year-round home since 1986. The counter stools at the restaurant have become an island meeting place in all seasons. A portion of the proceeds of this book will be donated to the Atheneum library located across the street.
