Every year we travel to the finest culinary schools in the United States to recruit aspiring chefs for our staff. Many of our team come from across the country to spend the summer living and working on Nantucket while on break from their college studies. In addition to helping prepare the meals we serve every day, each student is given study assignments and projects to complete as part of the time they spend with us.
As former culinary students ourselves and graduates of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), we are proud to act as mentors to these talented individuals as they start their careers.
